Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer flat rate shipping of $8.00 on all domestic orders. Orders over $60 ship free. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage which typically delivers within 3–5 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com or directly through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at brinton@cortadocowboy.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Pickup Cortado Cowboy hats are also available for pickup at Hooligans Coffeehouse in Mesa, AZ. Select local pickup at checkout and we will have your order ready within 24 hours. Come say hi and grab a cortado while you're at it. ☕🤠
